About Me
Born in Scotland, I was a nurse at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Tasmania before I graduated from Medical School, University of Tasmania in 1999. I obtained my Fellowship of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatry in 2009. I started my training in Hobart and completed it in Victoria. I have experience in public psychiatry and in private practice at The Melbourne Clinic. I have been an accredited independent medical examiner with WorkCover Victoria since 2013 and was an accredited Psychiatric Impairment Assessor for ReturntoWorkSA and MAIAS for three years. I use a holistic approach to my practice based on the biopsychosocial and cultural models. My interests are
